Not only is this the right thing to do, it makes our work more powerful and innovative, and helps us create more compelling equitable and inclusive customer experiences for our clients.

OPMG BLQ’s mission is to promote Black equality, inclusiveness, and acceptance inside of and outside of the Omnicom organization.

Omniwomen logo
Omniwomen:

Omniwomen’s mission is to serve as a catalyst for increasing the influence and number of women leaders throughout the Omnicom network.

OPEN Pride:

OPEN Pride fuels the personal growth, organizational inclusion and business success of Omnicom Group’s LGBTQ employees and allies.

OPMG API Collective:

An Omnicom Employee Resource Group for Asian Pacific Islanders. Our mission is to cultivate safe spaces to empower Asian and Pacific Islanders into leadership roles and amplify API voices. As a collective, OAC seeks to progress inclusion and visibility of API.

OPMG Juntos:

OPMG Juntos’s mission is to increase awareness of the diversity and intersectionality of the LatinX community by celebrating our nuanced culture and championing equity at Omnicom.

OPMG visABLE:

OPMG visABLE’s mission is to promote a shared equity, inclusiveness, and understanding of people with disabilities, both visible and/or invisible.

OPMG DE&I Scholarship

OPMG, a division of DAS and Omnicom, awarded five $10,000 scholarships to undergraduate students who identify as part of an ethnic or racial minority group (as defined by the U.S. Census) and are entering their junior or senior year within an accredited university or college within the United States. This is part of OPMG’s commitment to supporting the growth and development of BIPOC talent through direct educational investment. Scholarship funds are to be used for tuition, fees, books, and other associated expenses related to enrollment and will be distributed in January 2022 for 2022 tuition and fees.

Additionally, all scholarship finalists will also be eligible to participate in a paid summer internship within the same calendar year at a participating OPMG agency.

  • Omnicom and Adobe recently partnered to sponsor a DE&I-focused Hackathon in February & March 2021.
  • The brief was simple: design and prototype app-based ideas that support Omnicom’s OPEN 2.0 action plan to create a more equitable and inclusive employee experience.
  • We had 20 teams, consisting of 100+ employees from 11 agencies within the Omnicom Precision Marketing Group and our sister division, the Omnicom Advertising Collective (OAC), participate and compete, including teams from the US, Canada and the UK.
  • The Idea: It’s Time for an Open Market.

    • Summary: Diversity, equity and inclusion isn’t rooted in intention, it’s rooted in action. That’s why we created a platform where we can support and amplify under-represented voices in the industry. Search for talent, collaborate with like-minded people, find a new job, compare salaries and more – all within the Open Market.
